Clinical Supervision & Consultation

Clinical Supervision & Consultation

I offer specialist clinical supervision and consultation to psychological professionals across a range of settings. Drawing on over 30 years of experience in NHS and private practice, I provide structured, reflective, and practice-enhancing supervision for individuals and teams working in complex clinical environments.

Whether you are a clinician developing your skills, a manager seeking consultation on service delivery, or a team looking to deepen therapeutic cohesion, I can bring a wealth of supervisory expertise informed by my work across services, countries, and professional disciplines.

Consultation for Management & Service Development

Guidance for those running therapy services — from setting up specialist interventions to improving clinical outcomes, reducing staff sickness, and enhancing service flow.

I am also grateful to a number of key influencers who have contributed in smaller yet powerful ways to RO DBT over the years. For starters, Sophie Rushbrook was pivotal in helping me formulate the final version of the skills manual and improving our methods of training and supervision
